“loving me for who I am 1 and 2”

Fully embracing myself for who I am, the good and not so good, the sad and the happy, the irritated and the calm is a continual process. The birdcage has always attracted me in both aesthetic ways and disgust. It is a structural piece of beauty and yet, a horrific confinement for a creature meant for fly. The birdcages here are empty suggesting that she is no longer confined. I can choose to free myself from the confinement fly freely to explore the world with grace without fear.

“loving me for who I am 1” stands alone and is also paired as a set with” loving me for who I am 2”.
