“glazed with rain water”

I studied poetry in high school with an amazing author. She opened my eyes to poetry of all kinds. It still inspires me to this day, although for a period of my life, I had forgotten of it. My lonely books, dusty on the shelves awaiting to be reopened.

I always loved William Carlos Williams poem “The red wheelbarrow” and his poem inspired this painting.
